Are USDT or USDC collections charged a percentage fee?
No. Platform collections incur only the selected plan subscription, without a percentage or per-collection service fee. Payouts and sweeps incur their applicable network fees.
Is there an extra USDT or USDC payout service fee?
Payouts incur only the plan network fee, with no added platform service fee. TRON, BSC and Solana rates are shown above; review actual deductions in your fee records.
Is the fee balance the same as collected funds?
The fee account is separate from merchant wallets and pays subscriptions and network fees. Upgrades and renewals require enough fee balance; a negative balance restricts key actions including collections, payouts, sweeps and OpenAPI orders.
Which plan fits USDT and USDC member top-ups?
Calculate points from the addresses and networks you need, then consider automatic sweeps, notifications and payout fees. Free is for validation; Plus / Pro support ongoing operations. Contact support for larger scale.
Which stablecoin payment networks are supported?
TRC20-USDT, BEP20-USDT, BEP20-USDC and SPL-USDC. Token, network and address must match. Integrate via the USDT / USDC payment APIs or dedicated addresses.
Can I upgrade or renew for several months?
Upgrade or renew Plus / Pro in the merchant console; contact support for Business / Enterprise. Renewal terms are 1 / 3 / 6 / 12 months with the savings above. Upgrades activate the corresponding capacity and capabilities.
